My take

It’s a good benchmark for both employer and employee. Like any indicator, as an employee you can use this as a yardstick to tell whether you are within the range, below the range (most unlikely) or perhaps, you are off the chart!


Well, you know.. This time of the year is actually the performance appraisal season. Make the best of this ‘facts’ as one of your discussion points with your line manager (you know what I mean)
