Should You Be Less Nicer at Work?

To me? The answer is a resounding “No”.


Because we are working with people .. and for a quite extensive long period of time. Emphaty still rings a very important tune 🙂

However, for every argument there’s a counter argument.

Have a read at this HBR blog which inspires me to write this blog.

The author, Art Markman, presented quite a compelling case why less agreeable person (i.e. less nicer person) actually performs better at work.
